NASCAR Cup Series running first dirt race since 1970; Nashville, Austin also added

Many new tracks and changes have been added to the NASCAR 2021 race schedule. For the first time since 1970, NASCAR will run a dirt race at Bristol Motor Speedway, and two new track at Nashville and Austin will be run. Many road courses have also been added, to create variety in the racing schedule.

Oliver Askew, Arrow McLaren SP to part ways at end of IndyCar season

After an extremely successful rookie season, his team, Arrow McLaren Schmidt Peterson, has decided to let the driver go at the end of the season. This announcement comes after Askew suffered a serious concussion caused by a hard wreck at the Indy 500. Askew and the team will cut ties cleanly, and the Arrow McLaren SP wishes him the best in the rest of his racing career.

Clint Bowyer retiring from NASCAR Cup Series to enter broadcast booth

After 15 years of racing full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, Clint Bowyer, has decided to retire racing. He will not be leaving the sport completely though, as he has decided to announce races for the Fox television broadcast. It is undecided who will drive the No. 14 SHR car in the 2021 season.
